What exactly does the pass include?
10 hours to use in the Main Studio, the Black Level or both at once. Wifi, parking, kitchen, lighting gear and a gear walkthrough — included. A set assistant is a separate extra, 100 PLN/h. Free cancellation up to 24h before.
Can I do one 10-hour session?
Yes. Or ten 1-hour sessions. Or two 5-hour ones. Your call — the system deducts from your "wallet" after each visit.
What if I don't use it within 3 months?
Unused hours expire. That's why the price is 36% lower — you buy it planning to come back within 3 months.
Does the pass work for Both Levels (290 m²)?
Yes — when booking Both Levels we deduct 1.5 h from the pass for each real hour (the spot price is 200 PLN vs 140 PLN). So 10 pass hours give you 6.5 h on both levels.
VAT invoice?
Yes, 23% VAT. Enter your tax ID when buying — invoice in your inbox within 24h. Without a tax ID we issue a receipt.
Will someone help me on my first visit?
For the first 30 min we go through the set-up together — we show you the gear and set the first light. It's included in the rental. You don't need to know lighting to start. Want an assistant for the whole session — 100 PLN/h, add it when booking.
How long does a refund take if I change my mind?
You can return the pass within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used any hours. 100% refund via Stripe in 3–5 business days.
